Refund policy

Return Window

Customers may request a return within 2 days of receiving their order.

The return window may be extended when it ends on a weekend or public holiday, where applicable.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories and tags.
  • Proof of purchase or the order number is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Personal care and hygiene products
  • Gift cards
  • Digital products
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Clearance or final sale items

Return Shipping Fee

A fixed return shipping fee of ₹200.00 will be charged once per approved return request, unless the return is due to:

  • A damaged product
  • A defective product
  • An incorrect item sent by GOATKART

In these cases, GOATKART will cover the return shipping cost.

Restocking Fee

No restocking fee is charged unless otherwise stated for a specific product.

Refund Process

After the returned item is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Refunds are typically completed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Shipping charges paid during the original purchase are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 15 minutes of being placed, provided they have not yet been processed for shipping.

After the 15-minute cancellation window has expired, orders cannot be cancelled. Customers may still request a return if the order qualifies under this policy after delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 1 hours of delivery.
  • Provide your order number and clear photos or videos of the issue.

We will review your request and, if approved, provide a replacement or refund.
